Dry Your Gear After The Trip

If it ain’t rainin’ the fish ain’t bitin’! Well, that’s not entirely true, but if you love to fish you will eventually be out when the skies open up! By taking the following steps to dry out your rig, you’ll keep it in better shape for the long term.

It is bound to happen if you fish…your boat is going to get wet! From a light drizzle to a torrential downpour, your boat’s carpet will absorb water, seats will get wet and moisture will creep into your storage compartments. These are all places where mildew can develop, resulting in a stinky boat, and potentially ruined gear. You don’t want that!
